INSTRUCTIONS
Print Project
- Stamp witch and moon images in VersaFine Onyx Black ink and allow to dry. Blot if necessary with dry paper towel.
- Color witch image with Prismacolor Pencils.
- Add orange ink to outside of image getting darker as you approach the edge of the circle.
- Add a ribbon for hanging or tying to a treat bag.
