Umbrella and Daisies Metal Stencils by Pam Hornschu

  1. Make a top-fold 5-1/2 inch square card from orange cardstock. Round corners.
  2. Run panel of blue Core'dinations cardstock through embossing machine with Daisy Background stencil. Use sanding block to reveal design. Round corners and adhere to card.
  3. Place Daisy Background over square white panel, and tape down with removable tape. Place Umbrella stencil on top and tape at top and bottom. Use smaller brush to rouge blue ink into the umbrella design areas. Remove Umbrella stencil and set aside.
  4. With Daisy background still in place, rouge shades of red/orange/yellow over remaining areas with larger brush, blocking areas of the umbrella with the Picasso tool to avoid muddying up the colors. Remove stencil and clean.
  5. Reposition Umbrella stencil over top, and spread paste over design. Remove stencil to clean immediately, and set panel aside to dry.
  6. Round corners of umbrella panel, adhere pompoms with Glue Dots, and adhere panel to card.
  7. Stamp sentiments in black ink on two scraps of white cardstock. Round corners and pop up with foam tape on card.
