Tiled Blooms Metal Stencil by Louise Healy

  1. Fold a 7" x 10" piece of Lt. Pink cardstock in half to form an A7 card
  2. Tape the stencil to a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of white cardstock with removable tape
  3. Use a 1/2" stencil brush to apply the inks through the stencil, apply the inks lightest to darkest on the design, remove and clean the stencil
  4. Use Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the "Have I told you today" saying from the Circular Messages set on the largest tiled bloom and other small images around the design
  5. Color the stamped designs with the Memento markers, adhere the Tiled Blooms to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" dark red mat
  6. Use Rose Bud ink to stamp a texture design, from the Quest Texture Cube, around the card front
  7. Die cut the ribbon flower border from the Spring Borders set out of dark red paper
  8. Weave the yellow ribbon through the border, use glue dots to add the border near the bottom of the Tiled Blooms layer, adhere the ribbon tails to the back then adhere to the card front
  9. Tie a small yellow bow, adhere to the border with a Glue Dot
