Sunny Hello by Louise Healy

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fold a 6" x 9 1/2" piece of blue cardstock in half to form an A6 card
  2. Use the Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the Sunny Hello image on a piece of white cardstock, color with Copic Markers
  3. Use the fitted frames set to die cut the image and a matching black mat, adhere the two layers together
  4. Use a foam applicator and the white ink to add blotches of white ink around the card front
  5. Tape off the holes in the Picasso with removable tape, lay the scalloped edge of the Picasso on a white area and use a 1/2" brush to brush Bahama Blue ink off the edge of the Picasso to create clouds, repeat around the card front
  6.  Adhere the Sunny Hello near the lower right corner of the card front
  7. Tie a bow from the black ribbon, use a glue dot to apply the bow in the upper left corner of the Sunny Hello image
