Laurel Burch™ Mermaid Fish Pop Up by Fran Seiford

1. Create background paper with blues/greens/oranges with the Creative Palette monoprinting tool.
2. Stamp Mermaid, waves, seahorse image on Mixed Media white paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
3. Color images with Copic Markers following the Laurel Burch Coloring Chart HERE. Color outside the lines for best die cutting results.
4. Using a die cutting machine with a magnetic platform, carefully align the inner edge of the dies with the black line on the stamped images.
5. Die cut all the pieces needed.
6. Use the Build a Wreath Die Set to create circles of blue cardstock for the greeting and seahorse pieces.
7. Trim the Creative Palette Background to 4" X 10-3/4". Find the center and pinch at the edges.
8. Find desired column die from the Pop Up Stages Die Set and align with center marking. Run through die cutting machine.
9. Carefully train the folds of the pop up column to create pop up card panel.
10. Create a card base from 4-1/4" X 11" panel of teal cardstock.
11. Glue pop up panel into card base by gluing the bottom edge first, with folds aligned. Then place glue on top edge, avoiding pop up area, and close card to seal.
12. Adhere waves and lower bubbles to background panel.
13. Adhere mermaid to column only by putting adhesive on the column area.
14. Decorate front of card as desired.
