Funny Farm Phone Stand by Deb Antonick
Stamp the paper with the StazOn or Ranger Archival Ink pad.
Adhere the paper to the phone stand with DecoArt Matte Medium.
Trim the edges as required.
*Apply a coat of Matte Medium over the entire papered surface, let dry. I do this before stamping my image so that the background is sealed. I can then wipe the stamp off if I make a mistake and not mess up the background.
I painted all the images with very light washes of the DecoArt Fluid Acrylics using the IPC Small Point Blender. I build up the shading colors by using the Fluid Acrylics at full strength with the Angular shading brushes. Keeping the paint to the tip of the brush, it is easy to tuck the stronger color into the corners to create depth.
The Fluid Acrylics dry quick so it is easy to add tints of other colors.
Some examples of tints I like to use are as follows, (but try different color combinations):
Yellows and oranges over reds
Yellows and greens over blues
Yellows and blues over Greens
Yellows over browns
Blues over purples Etc .
Also uses these supplies:
