INSTRUCTIONS

Adhere 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" blue paper to top of card front.
Adhere scallop yellow pattern paper to top of card front.
Apply embossing paste on 4" x 5" white mixed media paper using filigree stencil and palette knife.
Apply Detail Capri embossing powder. Emboss. Dry
Die cut out with scallop die. Adhere to card front with pop dots.
Spray one piece of mixed media paper with Blue Lagoon. Dry.
Spray one piece of mixed media paper with Mango Lemonade. Dry.
Spray one piece of mixed media paper with Mango Lemonade and Green Tea. Dry.
Stamp 3 large flowers on Mango Lemonade paper, fussy cut out.
Stamp 6 small flowers on Blue Lagoon paper, fussy cut out.
Stamp 1 large flower, 2 small flower and 2 different leaves on the Mango Lemonade and Green Tea Paper, fussy cut out leaves out and the centers of the flowers.
Roll each of the flowers using stylus and soft mat. Layer the 3 large flowers together. Layer 3 smaller flowers together, twice. Add fussy cut centers to center of flowers.
Adhere flowers to top of card front. Adhere leaves.
Stamp "Friends are the Sunshine of Life" to mixed media paper with black ink. Die cut out with scallop die, mat on blue card stock. Adhere to card.
Spray seam binding with Blue Lagoon. Dry. Make bow and add to front of card.
