Description
Tiny witches wear tiny hats. This 3/4" square witch hat is perfectly sized to put on the heads of many of our characters. It's also a delightful Halloween greeting on its own. The original design by Fran Seiford is deeply etched and precision cut from premium gray rubber on a 1/8" gray rubber foam backing then mounted on premium American hardwood. Made in the USA.
