Directions

1. Fold a 6" X 6" panel of Parakeet card stock in half to form card base.
2. Sponge the edges of card front with lime pastel ink by brushing pad along edges.
3. On a 5 5/8" X 2 5/8" panel of white card stock, press dry stamp pads on front to create background of lightly sponged color. Or use makeup sponge and stamp pad to achieve similar effect.
4. Stamp several winter trees in blue across background.  Allow it to dry.
5. Emboss additional winter trees in VersaMark ink and Winter Wonderland Embossing Powder over blue trees and background to complete background panel. Adhere to 5 3/4" X 2 3/4" white panel.
6. Stamp the word Winter with Chunky Alphabet in blue on blue card stock strip approximately 4 1/2" X 1".
7. Emboss Seasons Greetings in black across the letters T and E on the strip.
8. Ink edge of strip with blue ink pad.
9. Layer greeting strip on a 4 5/8" X 1 1/8" strip of white card stock and adhere to layered background panel.
10. Use a paper piercing tool and mat to create a hole for brad so that paper turn will overlap greeting strip slightly on the end. Affix brad through the hole.
11. Adhere completed layers to card front.
