Directions

1. Create a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" top folding card out of black cardstock
2. Adhere paper panels to card
3. Stamp Carousel and sentiment on a white panel and color with markers
4. Apply VersaMark ink around the edges of the image panel and emboss with gold tinsel EP
5. Tie black ribbon around panel and then adhere to card
