White card stock
Turquoise and Yellow card stock
Circle Punch and Larger Scalloped Circle Punch
1/8 inch hole punch
10 inches of pink ribbon
Dimensional Foam Adhesive

Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of white card stock in half to form card base.
2. Stamp Bloom Swirls flower in black on  folded white card to form a random background.
3. Stamp Everyone Smiles on yellow card stock and punch with 2 1/2" circle punch.
4. Layer greeting panel on turquoise card stock and puch with 2 3/4" scalloped circle punch.
5. Punch two 1/8" holes below greeting through layered circles.
6. Thread one end of 10" of pink ribbon down through each of the two holes from front to back.
7. Cross the ends of the ribbon in the back and thread back up through the opposite hole.
8. Trim ribbon ends.
9. Adhere Greeting panel to front of card with dimensional foam adhesive.
