White and Black card stock
Yellow Marker

Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of black card stock in half to form card base.
2. Stamp numbers from Cupcake Numbers in black to form a background on a 5 1/4" X 4" white panel.
3. Color random numbers with yellow marker.
4. Stamp greeting from Bday Candles in black and use some candles to stamp a border on a 2" X 3" panel of white card stock. Color border with yellow marker.
   
5. Layer greeting on a 2 1/4" X 3 1/4" panel of black card stock.
6. Attach greeting panel to card front.
