Directions

1. Fold an 8 1/2" X 5 1/2" panel of Petunia card stock in half to form card base.
2. Stamp Changito Cheer and Changito Ballerina in black ink on a 5 1/4" X 3" panel of white card stock.
3. Stamp greetings coming out of megaphone in black ink.
4. Watercolor stamped images.
5. Glue white panel to top of folded card and glue 5 1/4" X 1" panel of patterned paper below white panel.
6. Apply Dotted Scallop Class A'Peel Stickers to patterned paper below white panel.
7. Use glue pen to apply fun flock to pom poms and monkeys. Start with darkest color first, press firmly to adhere. Return excess flock to jar.
8. Use craft knife to apply Dot Sparklers Class A'Peel Stickers to card as desired.
