Directions

1. Stamp focal image and color with desired medium. 
   
2. Cut card base and patterned papers to desired size. 
   
3. Die cut panels with border punch and adhere. 
   
4. Tie ribbons in desired area. 
   
5. Adhere patterned paper and place focal image on patterned paper panel.
