Bazzill Petunia, White and black cardstock
Watercolor paints and Brush
Decorative Scissors or Trimmer Blade

Directions

1. Fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" pink cardstock in half to form card base.
2. Cut black cardstock 5 1/2" x 41/2"  trimming edge with wavy trimmer or decorative scissors, glue to pink card base.
   
3. Stamp heart on pink cardstock, cut out.
4. Stamp heart with monkey and words on white cardstock, color, cut out around rectangle.
5. Glue white rectangle over pink rectangle. 
6. Glue to card.
7. Add heart sparklers to wavy edge.
