Directions

1. Layer pattern paper onto blue card base.
2. Adhere ribbon with overhang.
3. Color image with favorite coloring medium.
4. Layer onto image mat.
5. Adhere using foam tape to card base.
6. Wrap extra ribbon around image.
7. Add embellishments.
