Directions

1. Stamp image on white cardstock and color with Copics.

2. Cut out image and embellish with glitter.
3. Stamp balloons on pink cardstock. Color with Copics and cut out.
4. Add balloon strings by stamping scroll designs in Spanish Invite Clear set.
5. Adhere balloon images to card with foam adhesive.
6. Adhere girl image to card base.
7. Stamp sentiment on card base.
