Directions

1. Stamp Morning Glory on White cs with Versafine Onyx black ink. Color with Alcohol markers.
2. Swipe Versamark pad across bottom of panel and add Shabby Blue Embossing Enamel, Blue Micro Glitter, and Blue Mica Fragments.  Heat from underneath.
3. Mount panel on a light green cs  mat.  Mount onto Royal Blue cs base. Tie large May Arts ribbon around top of card.
