Directions

1. Cut  11 x 5.5” card base, score and cut to make a Center step card base.  Stamp party hats from Kiddo Birthday set  in Tumbled Glass down both 1” side borders.
2. Cut a 5.5” x 1” strip of double stick paper, peel off one side and add a mixture of Hot Blue, Hot Lime and Hot Orange color fragments.  Press into sticky paper.  Peel off back and add to bottom of card base.
3. Stamp girl from Kiddo Birthday set onto white cs with Versafine ink.  Color with alcohol markers.  Cut out in oval shape with die.  Cut a slightly smaller blue oval.  Attach kiddo to blue oval.  Adhere to center of card.
4. Stamp banner from same set onto white cs and color with alcohol markers.  Cut out and attach to top of card.  Stamp 3 presents from same set, color, cut, and adhere to card.
