GUIDELINES APPLY TO ALL DESIGNS BY STAMPENDOUS

Can images be hand-stamped for personal non-commercial, non-profit enjoyment?

Yes, all images may be used

Can images be hand-stamped for resale or other commercial purposes?

Stampendous is an Angel Company, which means our designs may be used on
products for sale, as long as the images are entirely hand-stamped and not
mechanically or digitally reproduced in any way. This does not apply to designs we
license by other designers (i.e. Cherished Teddies, Precious Moments, etc.)

Can images be mechanically reproduced for non-commercial, non-profit enjoyment such as
color copying, scanning or scrapbooking?

Yes.

Can images be mechanically reproduced for non-commercial, non-profit purposes such
as community newsletters, bulletins, flyers, or advertisements?

When using Stampendous designs must display the copyright notice as shown below.

Can images be mechanically reproduced for non-profit purposes such as business logos,
sales tags or other commercial purposes that do not directly support the sale of
Stampendous Rubber Stamp products?

Can images be mechanically reproduced by current Stampendous trade accounts for print
or advertising purposes?

For the purpose of selling, Stampendous images can be used but must be identified
and properly credited within each printed piece. If printing multi-page catalogs using a
product coding system which identifies Stampendous products (for example, STM001),
you may display the Stampendous copyright notice in only one place. Prior written
approval is not required in this case, but a copy of each printed piece must be sent to
Stampendous as soon as available to confirm compliance. If you have compliance
questions or extreme space restrictions please contact us.

Can I obtain art in digital, hard copy, or transparency format from Stampendous?

Please contact your Stampendous Customer Sales Representative. Readily available
artwork is provided at no cost. There may be charges for preparing additional files.

Can images be scanned from the Stampendous catalog or downloaded from the Stampendous
website for use on the World Wide Web?

Stampendous must give written permission for Internet commerce and other advertising
of our images and product information. Retailers or others who maintain websites that
sell or refer to Stampendous products may seek a contract to use Stampendous images
on their site and are strongly encouraged to add a Stampendous hot link. This will allow
their site's visitors to link to the Stampendous website, and view our products, projects
and tips.

Can images be mechanically reproduced for other commercial uses?

Other than editorials, if you are using Stampendous designs for commercial or ad-
vertising purposes such as stamping magazines, books, videos, or web sites, you must
obtain prior written permission to ensure proper copyright notice requirements are met.
